The Federal government has declared Monday June 30th public holiday to commemorate Democracy day which falls on Sunday May 29th. The Minister of Interior, Retired Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau made the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government in a statement released by the Permanent Secretary of ministry, Bassey Akpanyung.
