OUR AGRICULTURAL HERITAGE OUR PRIDE

How many young men and women especially those that passed through the four walls of the University, can still fry garri today and assist their families in farming ? School is good but the westerners don't believe in spending too much years going to school, they believe in skill and area of specialization, they believe any area one can do perfectly well in that one should venture into it but in Nigeria we believe in acquiring all the Educational qualification, some end up without job going about carrying certificate and displaying
grammatical jingoism (speaking grammar in order to impress). Whether graduate or not we should know that God has blessed us with plenty Natural resources to survive and make earn Smit this is for the South South and South east let us stop depending on Hausa's and Yoruba's for our Agricultural produces it makes the feel too important in the country, we should also stop depending on Oil and Politics there are many ways God has presented to us to make wealth but laziness has really eaten deep into us ,one of the stractages the Hausa's used to defeat Biafrans then was the food aspect and blocking of borders , please my good people let us all be wise chasing the black goat in the day time.So i call on the South South and South East leaders to help revitalise the dying Agricultural value by financially supporting our farmers and fisher men which we are well known for by getting modern and mechanised technologies in farming and fishing not always oil and politics only
